Model F7M [Model SLP-F7M Setup File]

The loader is available in two languages, Japanese and English, and you can select your preferred language and install it on your PC. You can also install both. 

1. Download the installer. Please check the privacy policy at the bottom of this page, then fill in the customer information form to register. By accepting the terms of use, the download will begin.
2. Click "Save" to save the file to your PC.
3.  Click “Open File” to extract (unzip) the file.
4. The extracted file contains installers for the following languages. Double-click one of them. The installer for the selected language will run. 
   Japanese loader installer:　setup_SLPF7M_ja_V□_□_□.msi* 
   English loader installer:　setup_SLPF7M_en_V□_□_□.msi* 
   * □ represents a number.  For example: setup_SLPF7M_ja_V1_0_20.msi 
5. Click “Next”. 
   > The following screen is displayed.
6. If you accept the software license agreement and wish to install the software, check the check box for [I accept the terms in the License Agreement] and click “Next.” 
   > The following screen is displayed.
7. Click “Next”. 
   > The following screen is displayed.
8. Click "Install." 
   > The following screen is displayed. 
   ※ A warning message about user account control might appear, depending on the PC settings. Allow the software to make changes to the computer.
9. This completes the loader installation. Click "Finish" to exit the installer.

> The setup wizard opens.

Note: Click “Change...” to change the destination folder.

Delete the downloaded file as required.

To use a USB loader cable, a special device driver must be installed.

Follow the procedure below to install the device driver.

Handling Precautions

• Before installing the device driver, unplug the USB loader cable from the PC.
• Be sure to follow the procedure below when installing the device driver. The USB loader cable may not be recognized if the procedure is not properly followed. If the loader cable is not recognized, uninstall the device driver and reinstall it.
• If a problem occurs and installation is not successful, uninstall the driver and reinstall it.
• To install the driver, administrator rights on the computer are required. Installation should be done by the administrator or by a user who belongs to the administrator group.

• A cable that is not labeled with “REV.□□”* is not compatible with Windows 10. 
  (USB loader cables that are available as of March 26, 2019 are labeled with “REV.06”, so they can be used for Windows 10.) 
  * □ represents a number.  Example: REV.06

   

1.  Double-click “drvsetup.exe” in the loader installation folder “slpf7m_ja” (“slpf7m_en” for the English version) to start the installer. 
   ※ A warning message about user account control might appear, depending on the PC settings. Allow the software to make changes to the computer.

   Note: If you did not change the destination folder in step 6 of “SLP-F7M installation procedure” (above), the file will be stored in the following default directory:
   Japanese loader
   64-bit Windows:  C:\Program Files(x86)\SLP\slpf7m_ja
   32-bit Windows:  C:\Program Files\SLP\slpf7m_ja
   English loader
   64-bit Windows:  C:\Program Files(x86)\SLP\slpf7m_en
   > The following screen is displayed. 

2. Click "Next." 
   > The following screen is displayed.
3. Select the label code A, B, or C of your USB loader cable on the screen, and click “Next.”
   Handling Precautions
   The USB loader cable with label A cannot be used with Windows 10.
    
4. Click "Install." 
   > The following screen is displayed.

5.    Click "Next." 
> The following screen is displayed. 

6. If you accept the software license agreement and wish to install the software, select [AGREE] and click “Next.” 

   > The following screen is displayed. 

7. Click “Finish.” This completes the installation.

When attempting to install the device driver on a PC on which a USB loader cable was used in the past, the following window may appear, and it may not be possible to install the driver, even if the previous device driver has already been uninstalled. In this case, follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Install tools other than the driver as instructed in the window.

1.  Click "Next." 
   > Once the installation process is complete, the following screen is displayed.
2. Click “Finish.” 
   > The installer for the device driver closes.

Step 2. Uninstall the device driver.

1. Right-click “Start” and select [Programs and Features]. 
   > The following screen is displayed.
2. Double-click “Azbil Loader Cable Driver.” 
   > The following screen is displayed.
3. Click “Yes.” 
   > The device driver is deleted and the following screen is displayed.
4. Click “Finish.”
5. Restart the PC.

 Step 3. Install the USB loader cable device driver again.
