Suitable for measuring the flow rate of liquids with conductivity above a certain value, and can be used for a wide range of applications such as measuring industrial water and wastewater, as well as highly viscous fluids and slurry fluids.

2.5–1100 mm caliber lineup is available, which enables to support a wide flow range from a small to a large flow rate.

Example application:

Pulp and paper: pulp slurry, black liquor, green liquor, white liquor, white water, etc.

Food: milk, juice, beer, wine, yogurt, soy sauce, sauce, ketchup, jam, miso, etc.

Steel and metal: cooling water, drainage water, alumina slurry, lime slurry, corrosive fluid (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, caustic soda, etc.), sea water, etc.

Chemistry: corrosive fluids (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, caustic soda, etc.), highly viscous fluids, adhesive fluids, etc.

Application

MagneW ™ Neo + 2-wire electromagnetic flowmeter does not require AC power supply and can be wired in 2-wire system, which can greatly reduce the cost of power supply and wiring. The development of an optimal excitation method has also realized the same functions and performance as conventional 4-wire electromagnetic flowmeters.

Can be used for flow monitoring, control, and accumulation of not only industrial water but also corrosive fluids and chemicals

Submersible Electromagnetic Flowmeter MagneW ™ PLUS+ Model NNK_ _ _

Application

The submersible electromagnetic flowmeter is an electromagnetic flowmeter exclusively for open channels, which is listed in the electrical engineering handbook of the Japan Sewage Works Agency.

This system can measure flow rate with high accuracy in open channels such as tap water, sewage, industrial drainage, underdrains, and total volume control. And compared with other types of open channel flow meters, it does not require much maintenance.

The dummy detector can be used for a wide range of measurements, including large fluctuations in flow rates in summer and winter, and for large flow rates.
