Its 300 ms fast control enables rapid response to flow setpoint changes, while its low differential pressure design supports operation under limited gas supply pressure. With a wide operating temperature range of -10 to +60°C, this mass flow controller supports reliable gas flow control in environments subject to temperature variations.
