By using HART® communication with field equipment in combination with DCS systems from various vendors, InnovativeField Organizer can maximize the use of diagnostic and maintenance information that was not available with conventional 4–20 mA communication, and contribute to more efficient maintenance of plant instrumentation.

This listing is based on diagnostic messages recorded by InnovativeField Organizer during operation, which may reveal clogging, galling or leakage, as well as tests done after shutdown.

The InnovativeField Organizer’s simulated input tool enables you to set the current for multiple HART devices all at once in a batch. This eliminates the need for simulated input work for those tests on the site or at the terminal board in sequence or interlock tests, which increases the efficiency of testing and eliminates the need to disconnect the wiring, which is a common cause of connection errors. In that way the tool enhances safety. - Powerful maintenance support from specialized control valve diagnostics
Valstaff, the well-established control valve maintenance support system, will be available in combination with InnovativeField Organizer. By monitoring Azbil smart valve positioners (AVP_02 and AVP_03) as they operate, Valstaff can detect control valve or positioner malfunctions at an early stage to minimize problems and can visualize the information necessary for control valve maintenance decision making, making maintenance more efficient. - Connect up to 3000 field devices
As many as 3000 field devices can be connected, including devices capable of HART communication and devices compatible with FOUNDATION Fieldbus. - Multi-vendor field equipment calibration settings
Both HART and FOUNDATION Fieldbus devices can be configured using the Device Type Manager (DTM), Device Description (DD) or Enhanced DD (EDD) provided by the vendor.
