This service provides calibration and adjustment of flowmeters and issues the results as calibration certificates, traceability certificates, and JCSS calibration certificates.
- Calibration with a steady stream of water from elevated water tanks located 20 m and 35 m above ground
- Flowmeters with a bore of 2.5 mm to 1100 mm can be calibrated.
- We also handle other manufacturers’ electromagnetic flowmeters, Inline ultrasonic flowmeters, Coriolis flowmeters, positive displacement flowmeters, and vortex flow meters.
A wide range of services such as JCSS calibration, instrument error measurement, adjustment + instrument error measurement, etc., are available.
*Eligible Flowmeters for Calibration
Flowmeters that can be calibrated with water and provide external outputs such as 4–20 mA or pulse signals are eligible for calibration. Please note that calibration may not be possible depending on other conditions such as the pipe connection type and required straight pipe length. Also, models where the measurement accuracy is greatly affected by the mounting condition, such as clamp-on types, are not subject to calibration.
