A new way to enhance safe and stable operation of production facilities

Dx *1 Valve Cloud Service automatically transmits valve operating data collected by PLUG-IN Valstaff, a control valve maintenance support system (hereafter “Valstaff”), to the cloud, analyzes it, and provides the results of valve analysis and diagnosis through a web application.

This new style of maintenance reduces the time and effort users spend on analyzing valve data, assessing conditions, and considering countermeasures, all with the goal of stabilizing production facilities and enhancing safety.

  • By making the weekly analysis results available in the cloud at all times, it enables continuous monitoring of valve conditions, which was difficult with the conventional diagnostic reports issued every six months.
  • Both a primary screening diagnosis and a detailed diagnosis are provided for all valves.
  • Regular maintenance plans can always be based on the latest valve analysis and diagnosis results.

*1: Dx: An abbreviation for diagnosis used in the field of medicine.

Azbil uses this term to indicate that the service enables customers to always use their valves safely by understanding their condition.
